Kindred Organizational Consulting, Inc. (KOC) was founded in 2004 by Kendra M. Coleman with a clear purpose: to help leaders and teams build stronger connections, deepen selfawareness, and create thriving organizational cultures that deliver lasting business results.

Headquartered in Illinois and operating globally, KOC has spent over two decades partnering with mid- to large-sized organizations to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness through assessment, development, and culture transformation. Our work is rooted in the belief that human connection is the engine of sustainable performance.

KOC began as a boutique solo consultancy—an agile platform for Kendra’s growing practice in leadership and organizational development. Early success was measured by client satisfaction, consistent referrals, and revenue growth, yet by 2011, Coleman recognized a deeper calling: expanding her global perspective and impact.

Between 2011 and 2018, she joined a London-based boutique firm, refining her expertise in cross-cultural leadership and international consulting. Those years shaped the next evolution of KOC—bringing global insight, diverse partnerships, and renewed purpose back home to the U.S.
