Tiers 1 (“Illuminate”) and 2 (“Compass”) typically take 1–3 months from start to finish, including
your assessment and two guided debrief sessions with your consultant. Tier 3 (“Drive”) includes
accountability coaching and extends to about 4 months.
Your total time commitment is roughly 4–6 hours, plus any additional coaching sessions if you
select “Drive.” These hours represent your investment in your own growth and when you show
